SERVICES PROVIDED>>

GJT is a Receipt Delivery Service (RDS) provider. It provides facilities for the receipt, storage and delivery of cargo unstuffed from Less Container Load (LCL) containers and also provide resources to devan Full Container Load (FCL) containers.

GOLDEN JUBILEE TERMINAL:

  1. Operates  a Container Freight Station(CFS)
  2. Provide facilities for Storing and devanning of containers.
  3. Provide facilities for the Storage of empty containers
  4. Provide facilities for the Storage of imported vehicles
  5. Provide facilities for the Storage of uncleared cargo (UCL)

ONE STOP SHOP>>

GJT is a one stop shop facility for cargo clearance. The terminal provides the logistics for cargo to be collected and transferred from the port, devanned and stored/ warehoused at the terminal for onward delivery to the consignee.

All the stakeholders involved in cargo delivery process have offices located in the terminal. They include Customs Excise and Preventive Service (CEPS), National Security, Drugs/Narcotics Board, Ghana Standards Board, Banking Institutions etc. this makes cargo clearance less cumbersome and flexible.

golden jubilee terminal has the following
facilities.

Storage Facilities

Open Storage Facilities

  • About79, 164m2 of open storage area for devanning containers and stacking of stuffed and empty containers and. This area has a total container holding capacity of between 3500 and 4000 TEUS.

    A 1,396 m2 (0.14 hectare) designated car park for all vehicles unstuffed from containers.

Closed Area Storage

  • A 7207m2 (0.75hectare) Container Freight Station (CFS) for the storage of cargoes unstuffed from containers.
